Thank you for shopping with Pearly Haze Designs.
As many of our products are handmade, custom made, or personalised to order, processing times may vary depending on the item purchased and current order volumes.
Processing Times
- Ready made items are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days.
- Personalised and custom-made items generally require additional production time before dispatch.
- Custom and personalised orders may take approximately 7–14 business days to complete before shipping.
- Estimated processing times will be displayed on the product listing where applicable.
- During peak periods, sales events, or holiday seasons, processing times may be longer than usual.
- Business days do not include weekends or Queensland public holidays.
Shipping Methods
All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post.
At this time, international shipping is available to New Zealand only and is sent via Australia Post International services.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package size, and shipping method selected.
Delivery Timeframes
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
Australia
- Standard Post: Typically 2–8 business days
- Express Post: Typically 1–4 business days
New Zealand
- International delivery times vary depending on location and customs processing but are generally between 5–15 business days.

Tracking Information
Where available, tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all shipping information provided is accurate and complete.
Delayed, Lost or Damaged Parcels
Once an order has been handed to Australia Post, delivery times are outside of our control.
If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assist where we can and may lodge an investigation with Australia Post on your behalf.
Pearly Haze Designs is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, customs processing, weather events, incorrect shipping information supplied by the customer, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Addresses
If an incorrect shipping address is provided at checkout and your order has already been dispatched, Pearly Haze Designs cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to the incorrect address.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
Ownership and Risk
Ownership and risk of loss for products pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout. If a parcel is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Pearly Haze Designs cannot be held responsible for theft, loss, or damage occurring after delivery.
