All orders are shipped via Australia post, tracking numbers will be issued via email once order is completed and ready to ship. Express shipping is an added option upon check out with additional cost. Express shipping is only to speed up shipping within Australia post and not with the production of your order. Once your item has left our hands the responsibility is then with the shipping company.
